    This hotel is a Gem
    Breakfast was great. We had a balcony and it was lovely to be able to sit outside. The pool was perfect and very clean. I loved this hotel. Very traditional and the bathroom window was amazing

    Nice and cozy place very good located in the Getsaman district. Friendly staff.
    Very good location in the Getseman area, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Nice staff and good service. Breakfast on the roof was nice. Rooms are clean.
    We had a standard room and it was a bit too small and the A/C wasnt strong enough. The furniture was old.

    Excellent helpful staff, perfect location, beautiful comfortable design
    Very beautifully designed and comfortable bedrooms. The pool was refreshing and the breakfasts a generous treat each morning. But overall the staff were the selling point, helping us out on multiple occasions. Thank you so much to the team for supporting phone calls, tea making and package collections, especially will <3 we will recommend the hotel to friends
    A kettle in the room would be a lovely addition.

    All the hotel staff were great, they were very good, the size of the room was sufficient and the location was great.
    The breakfast was not enough. There was no glass in the windows. You had to keep the air conditioner on all the time. When you turned it off, it got hot immediately.

    Casa Pizarro was unexpected blessing on our journey which made us feel welcomed and respected.
    This is one of the best accommodations I have been to in my life: we got a very spacious suit room which was super clean and with a small amount of lovely details (table lamps, stylish dressers and two wardrobes made of bamboo or similar material, which added to a cozy vibe of the space. In addition, we got a bowl of various fruits decorated with flowers. The staff was super helpful and helped us to organise transport and trips. They let us safely deposit our baggage in a storage room while we were elsewhere. We had a lunch on their terrace and it was probably the tastiest meal in Cartagena, which was, considering the quality, very reasonably priced. We have never tried coconut rice as good as the one from the Casa Pizarro restaurant. Their patacones with syrup costano are also the best patacones ever. Casa Pizarro was unexpected blessing on our journey which made us feel welcomed and respected. Wilmer and his colleagues are the best staff ever! I would highly recommend this hotel!!! 10+
