    Exceptional
Great house, lovely outside space, friendly & helpful host.
We had a very warm, friendly welcome from the host. This is a lovely family owned house with lots of outside space and not overlooked at all, very private. The hosts have obviously taken a lot of care to create a comfortable and attractive environment for holiday makers. Outside is lovely with lots of lights and different zones to sit in, there's a huge table to eat as a group, dart board, play area, table tennis, and projector we hooked the switch up to and played games together. The pool area is great and can be shut to protect children. The pool was clean and warm. I'd say a car would be essential when staying here. Malaga is about 20 minutes away and there is supermarkets within a few minutes drive. We had days out at Nerja, Aqualand, Rhonda, Marbella and Malaga of course. It was lovely to come back and relax with a bbq in the evening. There is mosquitos but the host does provide a number of repellents and we just kept windows and doors shut in the evening. There's aircon in the lounge and one bedroom and fans in the other rooms. We never found it too hot in the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to stay here again.

    Bad
Dreadful dangerous shambles of a property
    Absolutely nothing
No water for half the day, electricity kept cutting out. I was expected to call out an emergency electrician myself (I have the message from the owner to prove it) We left after one sleepless night. The furniture was old and homemade, mattresses were dirty and didnt fit the childrens beds Only one bathroom when advertised as two. The slide into the pool was wobbly and dangerous for children. I highly doubt the positive one word reviews were even real as I cant imagine anyone staying here and calling this place exceptional. Read the real reviews on here and save your money. The owner wouldnt give us a penny back, despite the electricity cutting out and the water being off for the time we were there. The road to the place was dreadful and the drive down to the property was dangerous as its so steep the car slides. Not a safe haven for a retreat as we had hoped, we wasted just under 2K trusting the reviews that were hoped were genuine, but I now realise they arent. No kettle, no oven, and if you are happy with having a bag of cat litter dumped in the corner of your lounge, then this is the property for you. I have photos and videos to prove it all. The place is a fire hazard, the air conditioning is rubbish and connected in an extension lead!!! It doesnt even work well, and is only in two rooms. The childrens room had just a fan so was boiling! Cushions need throwing away
