    Good for a city break and has an amazing restaurant
    Amazing restaurant (the seafood one), rooms were nice and modern although the property is old.
    Staff communication could have been better.

    Sustainability steps of using newspaper as envelopes. Rooms were spacious and well maintained.
    Bath amenities need to be taken care of.

    Excellent property with a very warm set of staff members.
    The hotel is a heritage property with great staff who are courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread is wide and can cater to all palates. The rooms are spacious and the pool is well maintained.
    Not that I didn't like anything in particular. However the property does look a bit jaded with the woodwork requiring some varnish. Also the moisturiser kept in the bathrooms seemed old and watery.

    Staff and service was good. Rooms are quite spacious. Nice pool.
    The property has become rather old and it can do with some upgrades. Restaurants are expensive.

    short and sweet. Torrential rain so difficult to sum up area
    Nice big room once relocated to a non-accessible one! Don't know why we were allocated one when not requested.
    Talking with the staff was frustrating due to the language barrier. We managed though, eventually.
