I had to inform the reception that the toilet was dirty! No good for a four stars Hotel. Another thing was that we booked (and paid!!) a three beds room (three adults) but the room was two adults beds + one added bed smaller then other. I think that the policy of this hotel is to do this and if the client doesn't complain all is ok otherwise they change the room. For me this is a wrong policy because already in the chech-in the client must receive the right room.

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very welcoming and very friendly. It was a good choice.

I had a 3 bed room, the third bed wasn't that comfortable.

Very nice!

The spa was fantastic. Very friendly staff and spacious room. They also allowed us to check in early. Close to many shops and metro stations so it was better easy to get around Barcelona.

There was construction being done on the rooftop which was very noisy.

Great!

Comfortable beds, very clean room and serviced every day, the power shower! Omg! We visited the end of December 2023 and some evenings were cold so hot and powerful shower was the cherry on the top of the cake! We were lucky because we secured the parking space(20 per day). We have a suv, and the space was ok (a bit tight for me, but the husband said it's ok). The location was great. Metro and buses close to the hotel (we recommend travel day pass, or 2 days pass) but we also walked to the Sagrada Familia. Nice coffee shop close by, with fresh bakery We didn't use the spa pool but looked good. We didn't eat food there, so I can't comment. There is no iron but that wasn't problem for us. They also have electric bikes for rent. Did i mention a great shower? Recommed the stay!

One of the reasons why we booked this hotel was the promising rooftop terrace, bar, and pool. This, however, was in renovation and closed. Staff offered to go and visit one of the other Catalonia's hotels and use their rooftop terrace, which i think was nice. We went but.....was also in renovation and closed (but we were able to go upstairs and take a sunset picture!). It's nothing i didn't like, just a bit disappointing. I still highly recommend this hotel!
