Not all the rooms advertised as having a full kitchen actually have a kitchen that includes a stove. I booked a studio in which the description listed a full kitchen with full size appliances and we had a small refrigerator and microwave a full size sink but no stove.
Please update your descriptions so that customers can make better and more informed decisions.

Nice resort but the room location is horrible
Beautiful property but the room was in an awe full location. No view whats so ever of anything, just a bush and walkway. For the price of $450 a night the location of room shouldve been better.

I loved my room and the resort had everything on site which was a huge plus I really enjoyed the day spa and their gym the rooms were extremely clean and spacious my room was more than I expected the food is delicious and the private beach was beautiful the public beach was less than a 5 minute walk across the street I will be making my trip to this resort annually for my birthday
Only thing I didn't Luke was the mattress it wasn't uncomfortable but I did wake up a little sore but that was all

The chairs and umbrellas on the grass were comfortable and a nice feature.
Someone on our floor banged on our door loudly several times late in the evening and it was startling as we tried to sleep.

I didnt like the fact you had to pay a certain amount for each bit of clothing for laundry and dry cleaning.

You had to call house keeping to bring up extra cups and coffee. They dont supply that with the daily linen. We had a dirty pillow case on one of our pillows. Another occupant was smoking a cigar outside our balcony.
