    Great staff, gorgeous room but could be better by fixing small details such as dusting the room and better breakfast
    Gorgeous room, great location. Staff was very friendly. Easy self check in!
    The room needed a good dusting. Also there was a smell of smoke in our room from the kitchen a few floors down. It didnt bother us for longer than the first hour or so though. Noticed later that my pyjamas has caught the smell as well. The breakfast was a little concise.

    Beautiful room, very tidy and clean. Perfect location to have the city centre of Glasgow in reach, without being in it.

    Very central in the city, the hotel building is gorgeous and the rooms are very comfy.
    Breakfast was a little poor in choices.

    Successful and met our needs.
    The hotel is unique and interesting. Our room was very nice with a super comfy bed. However, the en-suite shower room was freezing with no form of heating. The breakfast was very nice and used high quality ingredients. Overall we would stay again, but in the summer.

    The hotel was lovely, The staff were extremely helpful when I asked if it was possible to have a fridge in the room
    From the front door to our room there were 2 flights of stairs and to go to have breakfast it was actually 3 flights of stairs, there wasn't a lift, also at the time of booking it said Bed and Breakfast but this was only a Continental Breakfast and not a cooked breakfast, and as I have mobility issues we never partook of the breakfast as the stairs were to much for me, so we ate breakfast out
