    Newly renovated hotel, not far from city center. The freshness is appealing. Very good breakfast.
    The noise from the highway could have been eliminated by better soundproof windows

    Can't be defined a 4* hotel. Rooms are outdated and noisy as a 3 lanes road runs in front of the hotel. Very poor quality breakfast. Very bad value for money

    I could stay again.
    A very clean and well-maintained hotel about a 20-minute bus ride from the main train station. The breakfast was amazing - coffee prepared by the barista!

    Not really a bad hotel but issues should be resolved upon guests notifying reception.
    The breakfast was good, several choices to choose from.
    The wifi was really bad. On the day that we checked in we informed the receptionist that we were having trouble with the wifis very low signal. disconnected. The receptionist informed my husband that he will go on all floors to check and improve the wifi. Until the day we checked out nothing changed. If it was beyond his control I guess it would have been better if he didnt commit to anything. We also reported that one of the night lamps wasnt working. The same (male) receptionist said that it had already been reported in the morning and should have been fixed. Since it wasnt obviously fixed he said someone might come in the evening or the morning after. The problem wasnt resolved at the time of our checkout.

    Good breakfast with multiple options. Clean sheets & towels. Friendly staff. Big bathroom with instant hot water. Great location if you're just in transit, not to visit Bologna. Even if the hotel is far from the city center (I knew this when I booked), there are multiple buses that can bring you the hotel from the city center (It takes aprox 30 mins with the bus to get to the city center ans viceversa). The bus station is at 5 min walking from the hotel. Very close to the airport as well.
    The heating is not working all the time - I don't know if it's controlled from a central heating unit of the hotel. Even if you turn on the heating from your room, it doesn't start when you want. We didn't go to the reception as we were staying just for one night. The WI-FI doesn't work that good and sometimes the cell reception is not that good inside the room. The outlets are only meant for small plugs (like the one for the phone chargers). I wasn't able to plug my rotating brush in any outlet. The rooms should have a new paint cause it looked a bit awful. Also, the green color from the bathroom is not great. Speaking of bathroom, the fan was not working so we had to air the steam from the shower through the room as there was no window in the bathroom. Toiletries like ear cotton swabs were missing - definitely not something you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Also, there were no glasses (only two plastic cups in the bathroom) and no electric kettle. If you're on transit, staying for one or two nights, the hotel is ok.
