AC was not working and spend time to repair. No shampoo till I told them to refill. The ironing facilities very bad

pool, never used, always looking bad and seems full of bacteria and dirty. on all my time daily checked and always disappointed. i suggest you if you dont want to eat too much oil dont order from thailand restaurant located in the lobby
Extra bed was very uncomfortable, we had to ask multiple times for the extra bed to be ready several hours afte check in, as well as toilet paper and bed sheets

Great value for money. Good in between location with nice surrounding. Great staff!
Nice location between the city and the airport. Surrounding might not look as inviting first but we found plenty of great restaurants and coffee places! Gym and pool were nice as well. It was clean and we did not miss anything in the room.
We booked the rooms well in advance and also had a written confirmation for a wheelchair accessible room. However on arrival it was not available. Finally they had to remove the bathroom door as a standard wheelchair could not enter the room. Still we were glad that the staff managed the situation. Just some room for improvement :)

Breakfast was good with lots of variety available and lots of freshly-made items on the menu. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
The wifi was quite slow and poor. The drinks machine and drinks options were terrible at the breakfast buffet. I opted for a hot chocolate and got dirty hot water dispensed from the machine. My husband opted for a latte and got hot water with some milk dispensed into his cup.
