The breakfast and food in general was very good. The motivation of the staff was very high. Following people made our stay very good: Eytan, the food and beverage manager, Bao, the barkeeper, Paul, responsible for the pool area, Prae, Fon, Pop and Chompoo from the kids club. The hotel is very stylish. Also, Big the operation manager who was very helpful
- the beach, the sea is rough and 90% of the time the red flag warned us from entering.
- overcrowded, the pool area is too overcrowded
- the English skill level of some workers is not very good (but that is a known problem in Thailand)

Highly recommended family holiday destination !
The entire experience was fantastic, from the friendly and professional check in , wonderful facilities, gorgeous interleading rooms with sea views, friendly staff especially the pool and entertainment team, large choice at breakfast , the daily surprise treats in the rooms and at breakfast and the softest beach sand and location on the best beach in Koh Samui. Thank you for wonderful memories.
When the hand towels were removed daily they weren't replaced and I had to request replacements 3 days in a row via housekeeping for both rooms. Other than that we had no complaints. The service was excellent

We had a fantastic family holiday at Centara Koh Samui. The hotel and facilities are beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Big thanks to William who looked after us and arranged all our transport around the island

Beautiful resort where guests are spoiled
Staff are always close by if you need anything, the welcome check in is so quick and personal.
Would like to have had housekeeping make the room up in the mornings rather than the afternoon.

Luxurious hotel in a beautiful place
Centara Reserve at Koh Samui exceeded our expectations, standing out as the best hotel we've ever visited. The beauty, serenity, and immaculate cleanliness create an atmosphere of pure tranquility. The eco-style decor adds a tasteful touch to the overall experience. The personnel goes above and beyond, exceptionally welcoming and friendly, making us fall in love not just with the resort but with Koh Samui itself. The divine breakfasts, offering a wide range of cuisines and a la carte options, added to the delight. The hotel made our honeymoon exceptionally special with complimentary upgrades and personal touches. We absolutely love this place.

Loved our stay, wished we were back there right now!
We stayed for a week in a room with a private pool. We loved the design and decor of the hotel, stylish, clean and comfortable. The beach right in front of the hotel was stunning. The staff and the service they provided was exceptional.
We were offered tasty welcome drinks and treats on arrival and daily treats of the day to our room from just from a click of button.
The all inclusive mini bar, which is replenished daily, included your own cocktail making facilities was a very nice touch (suggested cocktail recipes were in the hotel app).
We could request a specific time for our room to be cleaned by using the hotel app, which was very convenient for us. Our bed was comfortable, the towels were fluffy, the aircon worked and was much needed.
There was a great breakfast selection, which we looked forward to every morning.

The facilities were great however, one of the adult pools were closed mid holiday for maintenance, which we werent warned about pre trip.
We ate at the hotel restaurant a couple of times, the food was OK, but it wasnt great value compared to what you could get at nearby restaurants. The bar coconuts were definitely worth it though, they were delicious.
Im a mosquito magnet and there were quite a few in our room and around the hotel premises, maybe some citronella candles/ mosquitoes coils would have made me less anxious about being bitten. I wore mosquito bands on each limb and still got bitten.
