Ladies Staff in the reception are not helpful. We booked for 2 rooms and requested to have rooms adjacent or near but they didnt assist. But thumbs up to the marketing team. However, they need to improve the sound system in the mezzanine hall for the event. The projector was included in the package but didnt work during the event.
