    The Central Blanche Residence is a lovely hotel with big, clean rooms and a nice shared pool. The staff, including Bunthoeun, Chris, and Dara, were all friendly and accommodating. The location is gre (Read More)at, not far from the town and easily accessible by tuk tuk. The buffet breakfast had many options and the value for money was good. The only drawbacks mentioned were cleanliness issues in some rooms, unreliable WiFi, and higher prices at the restaurant. Overall, most guests enjoyed their stay and would consider returning.

    The staff was super nice and helpfull with everything. The pool are is very nice and great place to chill. The room was clean, some parts outdated a bit, but didn't bother our stay at all, good value for the money.

    Many lizards (fortunately not in the room:) No elevator, but the guy from reception took our luggage upstairs, not very rich breakfast.

    Lovely staff, good breakfast
    The room we booked was not available on our first night (they said something was wrong with their system), so my partner and I had to sleep in separate single beds in a room with no window. This didnt bother us too much as it was only for 1 night, but we werent even offered an apology or a small reimbursement. Staff were helpful in moving our luggage to our new room the next day. The showers reeked of metal in both rooms, it was disgusting and frankly quite worrying. The location isnt great, its down some dark and dodgy streets - would avoid staying here if travelling alone.

    DO NOT STAY HERE - PICTURES ARE DECEIVING
    Staff tried to make it better, but it was still awful.
    I stayed in 2 different rooms because they put us in the wrong room for our honeymoon the first night (they knew it was our honeymoon and gave us 2 twin beds instead of the room I booked which was a king bed). Both rooms had dead bugs (mainly cockroaches) everywhere and did not seem clean. The photos make it look like a nice, modern hotel but don't be deceived. I know COVID was hard on places like this, but everything is broken, old and outdated. The faucet in the sink was broken. The hotel is located on a dirt road, far from the main restaurants/activities. It is NOT walkable. Beds are rock hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was minimal and they were out of most food by 7:30am. I recommend spending more money on a nicer place elsewhere.

    Comfortable hotel close to pub street with nice staff and yummy breakfast
    Room was pretty clean, big and sunny. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and the food was fresh. Hotel is situated 15 minutes walking distance from the pub street and around 5 minutes on tuk-tuk
    Internet was really bad, connection was poor and did not work almost at all during all my 3 days of stay.

    We got another room because ours smelled like mold. Bit out of town and you have to walk through very dark alleys (and muddy paths after it rained) to arrive at the hotel
