    Staff were very friendly and helpful Complimentary iced water, coffee, fruit and little snacks in foyer were a nice touch Good buffet breakfast was an added bonus Cleaned each day Good location

    Central location with great service, not the best utilities
    The staff was super nice, especially the lady at the reception. The location is central, 3 min walk from Stockholm main station, perfect for a bus/train to the airport. The location is close to the main shopping streets. From the hotel it took us 7 min walk to Gamla Stan (old city district). The bed was comfortable. The room was quite spacious and had windows (a rare sight for Stockholm). Large variety in the breakfast buffet.
    The room was cold!!! The heating was on, but with -8 degrees outside, the heating was not enough, and we were really cold in the room. But! The lady at the reception gave us a portable radiator which solved it. But it should not be like this. The shower was also freezing cold, not the nicest, to be wet and cold in your one hotel room. While the breakfast had a large variety of food to choose from. One can tell it was not the highest quality. The eggs were blend, the coffee was not good. So that could have been slightly better in my opinion. We got two separate beds for a couple, not the best, but it worked fine at the end. The shower doors had holes at the bottom, so most of the water spread around the bathroom.

    Great location, well equipped room with a pretty roomy bathroom for a single room. Great breakfast!
    The hotel lobby looks very uninviting. It gives a pretty bad first impression.

    Good choice for breakfast, during the day you may have something for free (apples, cookies ..) The room was vey tiny but well equipped, even earplugs available. And big umbrella whic is essential in Stockholm. Clse to the Central station and Arlanda Express across the road. Metro station round the corner. Walking distances to the places of interest.

    Location: very close to the central station, the old city, the royal palace and other tourist attractions, which can be seen and walked. Also close to the boat station, which takes us to the museum area. Friendliness of the staff. Excellent breakfast.
    There is no closet or wardrobe in the room: inexplicable. Room without Internet access. Very small shower cabin

    Decent hotel for a night if it werent for the forced wake-up in the early morning.
    It is well located. The room is small though. Ok for one night but not for a longer stay.
    Having a room to the inner courtyard meant being woken up by garbage bins being rolled around at 6 in the morning. Not something you want to have happen after a tiring trip.
