I found the stuff to be exceptional. The location was very good not too far from shopping and sites. The bar/restaurant downstairs was very good.

Really found the entranceway a bit of a pain to get in and out of. Went all the way up to our first room, which was not made up at all, therefore had to go back downstairs to get another room. I would have to say, though that the front desk was very quick to get us another room .I understand its sustainable hotel. yet having trash taken out ,fresh coffee pods and towels would have on a daily basis, would have made the stay much more pleasant.

Awesome!

Was right in the Loop, walking distance to so much. The hotel/libby was warm and inviting , and Adrian was so welcoming and so pleasant, so helpful, I just wanted to hug her, she made us feel like we were special! Will definitely return to this hotel our next visit! 10/10

Stay here for the location

The location was great. You are honestly within walking distance to everything you would need and if you need to go farther, you can easily get a Lyft or take public transportation.

Be warned if you purchase a king bed, it will be two twin beds pushed together, so there will be a dip in the middle of the bed. Asked for my room to be cleaned twice and it wasnt.
