    The staff first and foremost is spectacular, the ambiance & the location. Chala is the only option for any visit to Chiang Mai.

    I liked the whole stay starting from the welcoming reception, the stay, tea time as well as the great location near to many places.
    I didnt like the breakfast as it was mainly not halal.

    Chaka 6 is a beautiful hotel. Its in the middle of chiang Mai so it feels quite compact but the pool and grounds are maintained really well. They have a nice afternoon tea included also.
    Personally I didnt think the breakfast offering was very inspired and for the higher price of the hotel compared to others, it didnt feel great value for money.

    Being charged for towel because it had some stains you could not remove. I have never been charged for towel cleaning in smaller and bigger hotels, so it left a sour taste of otherwise excellent stay and that is the reason I didn't leave a review I was planning to on Google.
