My husband and I spent Christmas here, and had such a wonderful time. The staff were so attentive and helpful - they really went above and beyond for us. We were given a free room upgrade, which was a lovely Christmas present! The food was great, and we enjoyed the bonfire evenings as well. The location is exceptional, with some great forest walks nearby and amazing views. All in all, we really had a perfect stay! Thank you for everything :)

One of the best vacations we've taken as a family, looking forward to another vacation with Chalets.
The breakfast was excellent. The variety of meals and the quality of tea and coffee was at par with the best of coffee shops. Certainly, the best way to start a day while on vacation is to get a sumptuous and tasty meal and Chalets Naldehra did not disappoint.
I can't think of anything that could be improved. We had a minor ant problem in our room and the staff resolved it very quickly and efficiently.

As I have come in the rainy season the property is covered with a lot of trees. There are a lot of spiders due to moistness, real big ones.

breakfast was routine with some decent options - the breads and bakes and sauasages could be much better
it had a tiny living area in the room where the was a cokroach and they dumped waste outside the villas and the stench was ugly. wouldnt stay in room 201 ever!

Overall Experience Was Good. The location is super awesome. Dinner was way too tasty.
View from normal rooms is not as good as expected since they haven't cut the plants inside the property, which obstruct the view.

They made it extremely comfortable for us. The food was great, very good staff and the golf course is right next door. Perfect weather in November.
