    Great amenities and breakfast, great stay!
    Clean, tidy, great amenities and great choice for breakfast including plenty of milk and fresh fruit. Lots of toys for little ones too which was lovely.

    Very easy check in process. Very comfortable and welcoming, warm and cosy. Excellent options for breakfast! I would really recommend this place to anyone, I'd definitely stay again, no hesitations

    Lovely setting, nice and warm, very organised.
    The property was a little further outside of Reading than we'd been led to believe. However, we left early and got to Reading on time.

    The location was lovely and quiet. The accommodation was excellent and the extras provided (breakfast etc) was spot on. We will definitely look to return!

    A beautiful, comfortable peaceful space to unwind.
    I love this place a great location that feels in the middle of nowhere the garden view apartment is a great place watch the stars at night and the red kites, birds, deer and a flock of long-tailed tits made my morning. The apartment is has the best vibe and is so well equipped. Digital radio by my bed, toast, real butter and marmalade makes for a proper start to the day.
    Limited availability would have loved to stay longer needs to be cloned somehow.
