    Chelsea Hotel, a must stay when on vacay.
    Location was ideal. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Easy and fast check in and check out of hotel. Cost of stay was affordable and price at check in was exactly the same as booking price, no alterations. Contagious christmas vibes created in lobby with decorations, gingerbread village display, santa, who's knees were strong enough to hold both my husband and I as we told him all that we wanted for christmas, we felt like kids again as santa gave us positive support and encouragement, the free hot chocolate and candies daily, oh my, it was like a christmas village everytime we entered the lobby. There was so much to complement you guys on. Everything we needed was available gym, pool, to do our laundry.... Chelsea Hotel, we will definitely recommend and without a doubt choose this hotel when we returnto Toronto which will be with our entire family. We are certain our kids and grand kids would loose their minds and have even more fun than we did with the child friendly pool and water slides. Thank you guys so much. Keep up the great job

    For safety reasons, I think you guys should consider putting system in place to only allow room key holders access to elevators. Cause at one time my husband and I encountered street dwellers awaiting elevator to go down to lobby from floor 26.

    Clean comfortable room in for a very reasonable price, no hassle in or out. Made my trip easy and worry free.
    Breakfast included would have been nice .

    Woouldn't repeat unless desperate.
    Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet.
    The hotel is old and beat up. No heat in bathroom. Remote for tv didn't work properly. No fridge. Instant coffee.

    Overal very comfortable sleep, cosy room, lack of food/drink within the hotel did impact a lot though
    I liked the location, the room size and how friendly the staff were majority of the time
    I wanted to get myself a drink so went to ask down stairs if there was a bar or vending machine of some kind to hydrate my mouth but they said they dont have any food or drink at this time which confuses me to how Im meant to have a dry mouth and throat all night without being able to buy even a soft drink or a bottle of something from a vending machine I was told I would have to go out of the hotel to a local shop which i dont know what the local shops are being in a different country to get a drink. I think this is just crazy from a hotel not having basic food/snacks and drinks available
