Not value for money.
Communication with the Staff was in general extremely challenging. The hotel is actually not worth to be called a five star hotel as compared to those Ive been to. It is extremely difficult to reach to. The food was not value for money, since they tended to overprice the lunch and dinner buffet.
The hotel in general looks good from outside but from within looked like a home for elders. It appears that it has not been renovated from within since many years.

Room location is not senior citizen friendly. Chetneys for Idli and dosa not that tasty.
