    It can improve...
    The staff were kind but they surely need a little more training including the English language.
    The fact that I couldn't pay using my American Express card... which actually was the one I had booked with. Also, you have to ask for an upper bedsheet. I understand it was the end of the new year but I think the price for the room was a little too high.

    Good value great location and clean stay
    The bungalow was great with an outside verandah. Very good value. AC and fan Clean and nice building. Food good and friendly staff. The staff didnt have as much English as other places. This is not a criticism but restricts opportunities they could offer simple advice or help ..we thought they were very good and some reviews arent fair.
    Just a little thing .. Id have preferred a top sheet rather than a thin blanket.

    bed and pillows were good with a nice warm shower. own private hut with tinted windows and own porch space in central location to Agonda beach
    dogs barking continuously throughout the night keeping us up, room not fully closed to the outside with no mosquito net for the bed leading to us having 10+ bites each when we woke up! to improve they definitely need a mosquito net.

    The resort covered in plastic, no garden view, a building site opposite our room, this resort was not ready for tourists. The inside of the cabin nice and clean, spacious, but the A.C was not working, and could not be repaired, so we were moved to a lovely house right on the beach which was wonderful, so we were thankful to the manager for arranging this. If you like a very quiet place this would be ideal. Very few restaurants open and whole town being repaired for the high season (we came in August)
    Very difficult to communicate, in the end we used Google translate . Very basic accommodation but clean. This is not beachside, you have to walk through another hotel to reach the beach.

    The location is very nice
    We visited when it was raining and water was literally coming in our rooms and when we complained the manager said this is not a lot and you should adjust which is very sad considering we paid money then why shall we adjust? We called owner and he allowed us to do adjustments later. The bathrooms were not clean. I think you can visit in summer but in rains it was disaster. Cafe has decent food
