    Breakfast was great, good selection of very well made pasteries, dishes Good sized rooms, comfy beds and pillows. Great views overall, especially for NYE fireworks Good water canister Gorcery store in building Exec suite came with washer dryer and gave detergent
    Windows needed better cleaning Pool is small, location via lobby is inconvienient. Breakfast queuing was unideal. No teas at breakfast, only pre-brewed, sweetened, lukewarm tea canister. Better to have teabags available for people, or at least hot unsweetened black tea.

    Could be such a great hotel if management / housekeeping would put a bit more love in the place
    Roof top pool small but ok to hang for a bit Amazing views from rooms in higher levels (level 16 and higher) Location good
    Rooms and bathrooms need better housekeeping and maintenance. Rooms need to be looked after better. Aircon dirty, spit mould and dust all through the bed room when turned on

    Very good choice for staying in Cebu city center. Convenient neighborhood.
    Great location, spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly and professional staff.
    Bath room drains too slow.

    Nothing went wrong too much with such pricing Maybe the only flaw is that water may overflow from shower room to bathroom ? But honestly this is very minor for me

    Will stay here again for sure!
    The pool is great for an afternoon / evening dip. Breakfast spread, awesome! Staff were all so friendly. Great location if you wanna brave the heat and walk to Ayala Center (Grab is also cheap) :)
    Elevator is a bit slow but not really a deal breaker.

    Good if you get a deal. Location is great because its in the city center, but the surroundings are quite dirty and scar
    Staff is super helping, extra polite.
    The swimming pools water was not heated and quite cold. Theyre was a funny smell coming from the shower and sink, smelling like sewage. (We were at the 22nd floor) Our faucet was broken, the water was coming out in all directions. The laundry service was not available because the washing machine was broken, so we had to pay a laundromat.

    It has been fabulous for our 4 day stay just this month and the staff are very helpful.
    Serves very good breakfast buffet with a lot of selections that can cater to all people. It is in the heart of the CBD and close to malls etc.
    Nothing on my latest stay.
