    The location was superb! There was free self service coffee in the lobby area perfect for cold weather. The staff in the
    The location is great! Its a short walk going to Holborn train station and nearby grocery stores. Its also a few minutes walk going to Covent Garden.
    The kitchen hood was dirty/dusty. And the toilet and the shower area are separated which we think if combined into one would make it more spacious and easier to move around.

    Great location. Fantastic staff. Lovely hotel. A few tweaks needed but due to the best staff Ive experienced in a while
    Location is fantastic. A stones throw from Holborn station and 8 mins walk to Covent Garden. Local supermarkets and coffee shops all around Hotel is easy to miss from outside as its just a doorway, but inside is large and spacious Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming . Really helpful and so polite . The room was an apartment - and lovely and spacious with everything a person needs for the trip away from home: Fully equipped kitchen. A bath , separate toilet, separate lounge and bedroom
    The bath was a bit dirty and no one wanted to get in it for that reason. I rang reception for a spare duvet for the lounge sofa bed to be told it was in the sofa itself. The only thing in there was the sheets. No duvet at all. By the time we got back from NY celebrations it was too late to have realised this- having taken the night staff word and it meant quite a cold nights stay for the sofa bed person :

    I would definitely stay there again
    The room is decent size, clean and has small kitchen, the lobby is really nice, as if it was our living room, free coffee and tea at any time, staff was really helpful. Location is amazing . 2min walk from the underground, it has central line and picadelly line, which makes it very easy and mostly direct to reach any location. Two bus stops close by as well. You can find supermarkets , pharmacy cafes near by, and you can reach oxford street, covent garden and places walking
    Window rooms are small which led us to open the lights at any time of the day.

    Lovely stay in a cosy small apartment in a fab location! Will be staying again
    Spacious and clean room/apartment with a small kitchen.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need including cutlery,plates,glasses etc.The location is fantastic in central London with Holborn tube station just across the road.The staff was helpful and friendly.I will definitely come back and stay again!
    I liked everything about my stay. Cant think of anything I didnt like. I stayed as a single traveler so price of stay was a little high but if theres two or more sharing it is obviously much better value

    Location. Staff were friendly and aswer all the question
    Breakfast too expensive for quality presented; I asked for the existence of an european plug and the staff unsered that there wasnt any and after I brought one I realized that the room had an european plug: staff should be awared about the hotel options and facilities. The window of my room wasnt closing properly, letting in cold! There was only one pair of slippers when the reservation was for two people

    Not a four star experience. Not worth the cost. Shame as the location was excellent for us.
    Location was very good. Reception area was bright and smart with free coffee making facilities.
    Bath had significant cosmetic damage which had been painted over with a different shade of white paint that wasn't opaque enough to actually cover the damage. Multiple doors had been "repaired" by adding additional pieces of painted wood. Toilet had a combination sink/cistern, in a room that was more than big enough for a separate sink, that our youngest child struggled to use due to the height and strength required to push the buttons (also didn't have any soap). The sofa bed had two single duvets in double duvet covers which made them hard for the children to manage - despite requesting single duvet covers we were just provided with another set of single duvets, again in double covers. Kitchen didn't have an oven, just a microwave. Crockery was damaged e.g. teapot spout broken. Kitchen tap plumbed opposite to hot/cold markings on tap. Paint had been touched up very poorly on various walls e.g. brown paint over plug sockets, Poor fitting/spec windows - let in cold air so had to keep curtains shut as extra layer of insulation. Insufficient plugs in bedroom.

    1. I like the location, it is close to the center 2. the hotel is 2 minutes walk to the Holborn underground station 3. the free coffee, team and other hor drinks in the lobby 4. the room size is really good compared to similar hotel in the same area
    1. the cost is high but this is London at the end 2. it is noisy at the night due to the traffic nearby. I could not sleep very well sometimes :( 3. there's no daily cleaning

    A nice hotel in a great location
    Great location in Central London. Nice and clean room, comfortable bed. Polite and friendly staff.
    I needed a room for 11 nights, but for some reason only a maximum of 8 nights could be reserved through Booking.com and I was forced to make 2 bookings. But the staff at the front desk did everything for my comfortable stay.
