Citiheight Hotel is praised for being one of the best, affordable hotels with amazing bed sheets, top-notch room service, and a great breakfast buffet. The staff are professional and courteous, altho (Read More)ugh some areas of the hotel lack finishing touches. The rooms are clean but bedding is old, towels are limited. However, guests felt safe and the food was tasty, despite small portion sizes. Some areas needed maintenance but overall a recommended stay.

Enjoyable stay

Breakfast was quiet and nice, meal was tasty. There was variety and staff were polite.

Beverages in room were not enough, no milk in the room.

My room was not what I booked. I got a smaller room Also my they never noticed that the date for my reservation was changed since 4th of September. So when u came 10th of Nov.i didn't at first have a room. Also the badroom was looking poor.

Good

Nice, clean and budget friendly hotel. Area wasn't noisy. The buffet breakfast was nice.

Some of the facilities, especially in the bathroom, were worn out and dated. Some staff can be quite standoffish. The stairs leading to the reception are such an inconvenience if you have heavy suitcases or mobility issues. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant experience overall.

The internet speed is very poor, I was not offered breakfast as they said my booking was not entitled to a complimentary breakfast

Passable

It was close to the airport, and the door guys were respectful and polite. The accommodation was excellent on my return.

What I reserved and paid for is not what I got. I reserved a Dulux and paid for a night ( #47,000), but instead got a small room with no explanation.

Expected better for the price

The staff are polite and helpful

The bathroom was smelling as the air extractor was blocked. Had to get the staff to fix it and spray airfreshner. The shower was a joke, the water force was so low it was coming through in drops. The air-conditioner in the room wasn't working properly. Some options on the menu weren't available
