    Excellent stay in London.
    Great place, very comfortable full of arty bits and bobs! Friendly staff, clean and quiet room. Bar open late for guests, canteen looked good but didn't use.
    Nothing to dislike... bit ropey getting to the front door as we arrived late!

    Good value for money. Plenty of Modernity. And great location to explore Shoreditch area.
    The lobby is an amazing place to chill out, work, drink and eat or socialize. Full of Modern art with a vintage touch. The service is 5 stars and all employees are there to support you.
    The rooms are very small, functionality driven, although very well equipped. Basically nice bed, top TV, nice shower, and good Technology to control the room.

    Enjoyed it. Hotel had good transport links with easy access to bus routes. Tube about 10 minute walk.
    Comfortable rooms. Decent location. Quirky decor.
    Rooms a little small.

    Outstanding friendly hotel for a great night's sleep in a superb location
    Superb stay for a London getaway. Spitalfield market is a 4 minute walk away for superb food, drink and presents. The rooms were great, the staff went above and beyond to look after us. All Citizen M hotels are great, but this one's my favourite.

    Modern outlook and novel approach make this hotel an interesting and exciting place to stay.
    Loved the vibe. Very friendly staff. Liked the decor and work facilities. Great feeling of a hub.
    I found signing into the App to order food difficult but was helped by the staff.
