Nice room.

Location, accessibility to food, washing machine and apartment size. Staff's response to the broken facility, eggs and roach issue, however.. he did not acknowledge the broken shower issue

Broken facility (metal hose connecting to handheld showerhead has a leak). Baby cockroaches in the bathroom. There were 4 eggs in the fridge that was probably left by the last tenants Despite of me informing time of my arrival, no one contacted me until I contacted them when I arrived on time that defeats the purpose of this function

Great place. Actually I had a lot of awful experiences 'around town', but this apartment itself is 'ten out of ten'. I want to get out of kuala lumpur as soon as possible. 10/10 rating is well deserved.

dont book this apartment!

I kind of liked the pictures, thats why I booked this place. I wanted to stay in an apartment to be more independent. But thats all.

The Apartment was dirty, old and partly broken furniture. the apartment was just barely cleaned. but the best thing happened when it got dark: cockroaches showed up, stopped counting them after I killed 10. thanks to booking I could leave the place after one night, even they gave me another (also old, partly broken, but a bit more cleaner) apartment.

Quiet apartment near the busy shopping, dining and nightlife streets.

Everything. Communication with the host, location, proximity for shopping, eating, clubbing... I liked everything. Clear check-in instructions on the day of arrival. During the stay there were a few questions, and they were all answered quickly.
