    The CityBlue Creekside Hotel & Suites has a beautiful location with a creek view from the balcony and a well-maintained pool. The customer service is helpful but the check-in and checkout process can (Read More) be slow. The dinner buffet was disappointing, lacking variety. The rooms are clean and well-maintained with a nice view from the balcony. The hotel has a gym and pool, but there is no mention of the spa. The hotel is secure and clean. The food options are a la carte or buffet, but the buffet did not impress. Overall, the hotel provides excellent customer service and is worth the money spent. Some guests had issues with cleanliness and could use more amenities in the rooms. The hotel lacks enough toilets and raised bars for child safety. However, the service is helpful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel offers different cuisines for different cultures on different days.

    Good but can be better.
    Nice location with great views to the bay. Breakfast was good but can be improved. Room was spacious and clean. Security and room service staff were kind.
    Staff at the reception should be trained to be more useful to answer questions and requests. They seem to think that their job relates to hotel facilities only and they could gain a lot of benefit in supporting residents with travel and tour queries. Restaurant selection and menu can be improved

    This hotel is way much better than some of the beach front hotels. Our stay here was so calming the rest i desired, from a long working year. The charges were so friendly considering the season,the attendants were kind,their meals were done non repeatedly which made us look forward to every dinner and breakfast, the rooms were clean,everything was in perfect condition. I will definitely come back.
    At least 8/10 is my mark.

    Apart from the food highly recommend .
    Everything from customer service to the room . WiFi very powerful all over the property . Nice well maintained pool. Very welcoming staff. And location very good.
    Waiting time at check in and check out. And the dinner buffet didnt have variety not worthy of money spent.

    Fair value for money and okay stay for a night
    Good location just out of the city which was useful for us passing through with a car. Location is nice at the creek.
    The bed was not super comfortable and the airco very loud (and would switch on and off during the night due to power cuts)
