    Everything about the hotel, from the room to the location, was good. However, the highlight was undoubtedly the staff, who were exceptionally helpful and kind. I had an extraordinary experience thanks to their assistance. I booked the room for an online exam which required extra dedicated internet bandwidth and a stable connection. Upon requesting help, the receptionist promptly involved a technician, who then coordinated with the IT team at CityMax's headquarters, presumably in Dubai. They understood my requirements and provided the necessary internet quota, ensuring a smooth and error-free exam experience. I'm thrilled to share that I passed the CISM exam, which was quite challenging. The support and assistance of the staff and IT team played a crucial role in reducing my stress. Their thoughtful gesture of calling me after the exam to congratulate me on my success made me feel at home. Truly, it was an exceptional experience.

    One night transit in Sharjah
    Quite central location, it is in walking distance to supermarkets, some malls and to the beachfront. Without traffic, there is some 10-15 min to the Sharjah airport. Room I,was staying in was fine, the bed was comfy.

    Room : Not comfortable, Floor Slippers not provided. Pantry not active. Parking is big headache. Took an hour once reach to park. Cleanliness not good at all. At this Value I would get a very great Hotel from Abu Dhabi to Dubai.

    I LIKED THEIR BREAKFAST, LOCATION, AND THE NOISELESS ENVIRONMENT
    NON-FRIENDLY STAFF, ROOM RATES KEPT ON CHANGING EACH DAY, AND THE FACT THAT THEY COULD NOT LET US CHECK IN EARLIER AS PER THEIR POLICIES THERE WAS NO FLEXIBILITY I EVEN MISSED MY OTHER BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES BECAUSE I WAS LOCKED OUT OF MY ROOM SINCE I HAD NOT PAID FOR MY EXTENSION TILL 31 DEC I HAD TO PAY FIRST IN ADVANCE TILL 31 DEC THATS WHEN THE ROOM WAS OPENED
