Less of hotel more of over priced govt hospital :attitude is pathetic apart from the person standing at the main entranc

Only location of hotel is good

Most pathetic hotel in this price. 1. To start with reception itself , they are so rude and bloody hospitality. It seems like you have approved a govt guest house and they are doing favour letting us stay in that hotel after paying a hefty amount 2. Room service : after you place the order they will call you 10 times and inform you that its chargeable. 3. Rooms are pathetic with no facilities I feel they they thing who so ever is checking in their hotel is cheap like them and dont have money.

The food variety in restaurant was limited. We just had to eat whatever was available at that late night hour at 11.30pm.

the staff could not speak English. communication was very difficult. the rooms was dirty. there was no hot water the the first room. there was no safe in the rooms. definitely not a 5 star accommodation
