The reviewers loved their stay at Clayton Hotel & Members Club. They enjoyed the well-designed and comfortable room with good amenities. The hotel had a beautiful lobby and attentive staff. The only (Read More)downside was the lack of free parking, but the valet attendant directed them to a nearby garage with affordable rates. Overall, they had a great experience and would definitely return. The rooftop bar was outstanding with a pool, great artwork, and a fantastic selection of wine. They plan to come back for the food.

Lovely time!

The decor and amenities were great! Charlie was a super star! Provide A+ service to my wife and I during our stay.

There was a mix up with my original booking of a King Deluxe room. Upon arrival we were told that there were issues with that rooms booking that night so we were provided a two queen bedroom. However the next morning the staff upgraded us to the junior suite with no additional charges. They took great care of the situation

Place to be so expensive is really "tired". Stay was ok but definitely not worth the hype..member privileges etc. Refrigerator didnt close, windows dirty with smudges, mattress not comfortable, Lobby floors dirty, door handle leather torn, garbage pickup 3 times in one night..noises. Stay was ok just not worthy of a 4 star more like a mediocre motel. Will try another next time.

Loved the location, great for my calls. Definitely pleasant and adequate for my needs. Not sure Id stay again though

Great location. Clean, well run.

Its a club and feels very clubby. Not as friendly as other hotels in the area. Very friendly if youre a member ie: bars, eating options etc, not so much if you are not. Limited lobby amenities, very small though adequate and clean room.

Nice place, but service is lacking.

The rooms were nice.

The pool was very small, the DJ at the pool too loud, room was under the loud DJ, they said my reservation was canceled then found it and blamed it on Booking.com. Told them there would be 3 in the room, it was stocked fir 1 person.
