    Comfortable and enjoyable. Just great, really.
    We were received very friendly. The room exceeded expectations and even included a kettle! The staff were very helpful in assisting and the cleaning of the room was done properly each day. The location is superb as well, basically in the city centre.
    The breakfast was a bit on the pricey side for what was offered, but it was tasty nonetheless. We booked breakfast only for one day, the last one. (booking in advance gets you a discount). For the rest, nothing to complain about really.

    So comfortable!
    Located near centre of town and reasonably close to the station. The room itself was spacious and comfortable and really quiet which I appreciated. Staff were all great and the room service I ordered was delicious too.

    Good value, but the unsafe cot linen for my baby means I probably wouldnt return with my family.

    Cot linen wasnt provided for my baby, the sheet they provided was unsafe for her. Requested cot on booking, cot wasnt in room on arrival and still wasnt in room on return to room in the evening. Coffee facilities were very dusty in room

    Good value and quality
    The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, happy to answer any queries and replenish complementary items in the room. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Check in and check out was quick and efficient, would happily stay again.

    Well located in City Centre and quiet. Beautiful lobby and bar/lounge. Staff were exceptional, rooms very good. Beds comfortable and the food in the restaurant was excellent quality.
