    Clean ,quiet ,free car parking and not too far away from city centre.
    Breakfast too weak and unsavoury. Heater gets turn off at night untill morning time . So room temperature getting too cold .

    Very enjoyable stay in a friendy guest house.
    We arrived a bit early and host allowed us to put our bags in the room and park car. He was very kind and took us into York City, several times during our stay. Our room was very comfortable, clean and spacious and the breakfast in the morning was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

    Good value for money,the free car parking a bonus!!
    The staff were very pleasant.The breakfast was very nice...a choice of cereal,fruit or yoghurt followed by a full english.The bus stop was very close by if you do not want a walk of over 20 minutes into the centre of York
    The car park was quite small with room for 6 cars to park properly and 10 cars maximum but no room then to move your car.However everyone managed to get out the next day without any problems.

    Great stay in a fab location
    Arthur the owner was a nice chap also the lady at breakfast was lovely. Tasty breakfast. Really nice walk into York.
    Shower cubicle doors were coming out of the bracket so wouldnt shut properly - needs some tlc.
