    Cloud Hotel & Suites offers a very good experience with excellent breakfast and various amenities including a gym, sauna, steam room, and business lounge. The area is also convenient with Indian food (Read More) courts and grocery stores nearby. The staff is nice, but the food in the restaurants can have a long wait time. Guests appreciate the cool and nice atmosphere, especially the view. The food is delicious, and the hotel is recommended for families with a nice place for kids and a swimming pool. The parking is secure, and the hotel offers clean rooms with helpful staff. Nearby, there is a hospital and the hotel provides luxury facilities.

    Well located above shopping area.
    While we booked 2 rooms for 2 adult n child. Had to pay for 1 breakfast too despite having 2 rooms. Booking. Com Site could also have shown option of extra bed as same was available. We ended up booking 2 room unecessarily.

    It was ok.
    Some of the staff were helpful, this was mostly the ladies on reception. There was an older Indian man who was not helpful at all.
    I had to change rooms twice. The first room smelt of cigarette smoke and the second room had a leak from the ceiling. The third room was fine but the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor so was dangerous. The spa was a joke. Too small and full of children. I went for a sauna and there were 5 children in the hot tub and water was all over the floor. It was terrible. I would not expect children to be allowed in a spa.

    View from the window. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was complete.
    Pool was cold and water not so clear. The location is in a strange area inside a marketplace in a building under construction
