The pool was great...The location was great. Our room and view was good.
Our Anniversary cake was delicious!!
Food was lacking in varieties...There was only one soup option.
The luggage boy was rude, asked us to come quickly before we drank our welcome drink saying that there is a long walk to our room.
The reception boys were not friendly and smiling except for one..

Everything we expected it to be.
Our fourth stay here. As before, the food was great with a wide enough range for anybody to enjoy. Staff are very competent , welcoming and pleasant, The pool is huge, clean and one of the hotel's highlights. Rooms are also clean and comfortable, pool-side ones are best. We shall return again.

When I paid the bill people in the reception tried to rip us off. I didn't give up and ask for the manager. After 30m they agreed that it was a mistake (100$ mistake) Please check your bills and other recipts. We had a really bad experiece there.

Relax at Dolphin
Really great hotel to end our trip around Sri Lanka. Great room sand staff couldn't have been more helpful. Food was fantastic, pool great and the massages were just as required after 2 weeks travelling.
