    The Avenue Plaza in New Orleans is highly recommended for its superb service and cleanliness. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean, with ample supplies. The loc (Read More)ation is ideal, not directly in the heart of the city but close enough. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing fantastic recommendations. The only downsides mentioned are the small size of the bathroom and the thin walls. Overall, a great experience.

    Can't wait to come back!
    Location is the significant plus! We are Deed Owners and have enjoyed the hotel over the last many years. While there have been some hiccups, for the most part, they have been satisfactorily resolved. The renovations to the hotel in 2023 are appreciated and welcomed! The staff is consistently friendly and helpful especially, the front desk folks and the valets.!
    A couple of very little things but, certainly, nothing of significance.

    Dont scam your guests.
    It would have been a great stay if the airport shuttle driver the hotel set us up with didnt scam us at the drop off.
    You quote $36 flat for a ride from your accommodation to the airport. Flat for the ride, no additional per person. Yet we arrive at the airport and the driver tries to charge us $100 ($50 per person and saying he hasnt even charged for the kids yet who are 1 and 3).

    adequate... but negatives would keep me from returning.
    Liked having a kitchen and close to the street car line. Clean place... well kept
    Did NOT like wearing a hotel braclet for my entire time in nola... this alone would deter me from returning. The walls were thin... every night woke up by room next door...I could hear and understand most all of their loud conversation. VERY pushy on joining the "club". Called everyday to try to meet with us. It was very disruptive to our vacation/trip.
