The property was beautiful!

We opted for the *All Inclusive* package but on arrival were informed that only a few soft drinks in the room were non chargeable, and everything else was chargeable. Room service was chargeable, fresh juice at the buffet was chargeable and food at most restaurants was chargeable. All inclusive alcohol was only available at the bar and selected restaurants which had limited drinks menu and included only one type of beer. We informed the resort that we were coming for our honeymoon but they didnt acknowledge it via messages and there was no special welcome in the room. They gave us 10% off the spa after we mentioned it was our honeymoon on arrival but it was less than the discount they said we could avail if we booked our massage prior to arrival, which we tried to book several times but were messaged to book on arrival. To add to it all we spotted termite eggs in the room! (Photo is attached)

Very old tired hotel that was never renovated for 20 years . Area ... of the main swimming pool and main bar are closed for reconstruction, main lounge area are also closed
