The spa and sauna were both an added bonus enjoyed by my family who were pleasantly surprised.
The breakfast was lovely with a great selection, especially the strudel. There was also mulled wine at the reception during our Christmas break and Christmas biscuits that were delicious!
The rooms were nice and well equipped, but please change one of the pillows as it was really hard compared to the others..

It was really organized , and staff was very friendly , it was Also very clean liked everything .
I didnt like that the tv didnt have Netflix and YouTube , I asked about it and one of the employees told me they will bring someone to fix it the next day , I went the next day to ask when they will come , and they told me they banned the Netflix and YouTube in the hotel .

Tasty meals in the restaurant, sauna and jacuzzi in the hotel is a big plus for clients.
Personal everytime help you with any problems.
I recommend this hotel to stay in during your vacation in Prague.
Sometimes there were line in the morning to get breakfast
You need to wait average ~10 min.
Parking slots were overcrowded. But usually we took tram to get to the city centre.

Lovely hotel in a nice quiet location by but still accessible by tram to the centre and other places.
We stayed here for 2 nights, and had a fantastic stay. The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful offering advice on transport etc. Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of options. The room we stayed was also good with comfortable single beds as requested plus complimentary wine in the room and free complimentary drinks as well. As it was near Christmas they had mulled wine and biscuits at the reception for everyone which was a lovely gesture. We walked to the tram stop just 3mins away to access the old town and metro station. We used the jacuzzi and sauna which was really nice after a day of exploring. Thank you Nick for your help with transport and Ahmed who used to come and have a friendly chat. We also had dinner one night and it was really nice. They also have luggage storage facility. We would definitely stay here again when we go back to Prague.

The staff was very friendly.
The hotel is quite old, communistic interior design, the shower was really bad, didn't work very well, in the morning,when a lot of people shower, there was no water coming out (5th floor).
