    The hotel room was well-furnished but lacked a toilet paper holder. The room had a large size and the mattress was decent. The hotel was super clean and served a hot breakfast, although there wasn't (Read More)much variety. The staff was friendly and the airport shuttle was helpful. The location was convenient with a good nearby restaurant and a Costco. The rooms were reasonably quiet but the WiFi was slow yet dependable.

    Air conditioner is not working thus room is little bit cold. There is no body wash in the bathroom.

    The staff was kind and welcoming! They were always on top of making our stay more comfortable. We also especially loved the breakfast provided everyday. Food was hot and staff were very on top of making sure everything was visually and physically pleasing and clean and tidy for guests! Food was continually stirred and cycled through in a great manner.
    The elevator was a bit noisy and sometimes grinded

    I will not stay here again, despite the cleanliness and good rate. Im in Reno often so Im bummed!
    Did not participate in the breakfast The room was very clean.
    The bathroom was horrible. The hairdryer was falling off the wall. The sink drained very slowly. I told the person at the front desk. She said she would have it fixed. It wasnt fixed during our stay. There was no hot water on our first morning, lukewarm. No toilet paper holder!!! Just put the roll on the counter. Weird.

    A lovely and relaxing Sunday night on a long trip.
    The room was spacious and very comfortably furnished with a sitting area and sleep area. The bed was wonderful
    I thought there werent blackout curtains but I found them the morning we left. Parking spaces were narrow and filled.
