    When we got there, the computer system was down. After going to dinner it was all good.
    Easy shuttle to the Port.

    The rooms were clean and comfortable.
    The shuttle service is horrible! This is the second time we stayed at this property and had a terrible service. We waited over an hour for the shuttle and called several times to see when the shuttle would be arriving. On the last visit, we waited over an hour after four phone calls to the property. Another group in our party waited in an hour and a half and the shuttle never came to pick them up either.

    We had a family cruise and decided we were so close to New we would stay until the first. Comfort Inn provided us a safe
    It was a fairly new building and pretty clean. It was located close enough to the airport that we didnt worry about traffic going back to go home.
    There wasnt much around it less than a mile walking distance so if you dont have a rental car prepare to Uber/Lyft if you need something other than breakfast.

    wonderful despite minor issue that was over come
    Breakfast could of included more for veggie people, not everybody eats pork or eggs (beef or chicken), breakfast was the same every day. the location was not bad.
    the hotel could included a Uber service or a link to an Uber service for people who do not have the app, or who credit cards was not accepted. Even more information of how to get the bus service.

    Both the night manager and the day manager went out of their way to help.
    The breakfast was fine. Unfortunately, staff started cleaning up and not restocking about 20 minutes before it was to endd.
