Being placed in the correct room.

Not being placed in correct room. Got in after midnight. Let the staff member know room was wrong. They didn't seem concerned, so we stayed in the wrong room overnight. The sofa couch was disgusting and very uncomfortable to sleep on. I have added the picture I can share if you like. Talked to another employee the next day. They offered a $10 credit. What an insult. Asked to have a manager call us. About 30 minutes later, the same employee called and indicated they had the room we booked available. We needed to move everything from one room to another in about 45 minutes. This room was much better, although the sofa couch was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

A comfortable and clean hotel located with easy access to sightseeing and shopping.

The Comfort Inn Bozeman is a clean and comfortable hotel in a good location near good shopping and restaurant outlets. The staff were polite, helpful and professional and the breakfast pleasing enough. Parking was plentiful and the location offered easy access to the mountains and route to Yellowstone. It was a two minute walk to a large shopping chain with great variety and several restaurants with take out services. The television offered good coverage and the room was fairly large and quiet. The bed was large and comfortable. Overall a handy location that offered a nice stay.

Complementary breakfast. Decaf and regular coffee are available 24 hours.

The kitchen staff during the week had no personality and did not clean tables as people left. The hot tub was dirty. There was scum coming from the jets.

Convenient access to room

Seems rundown. Beer cans and litter around property. Complementary breakfast was till 9:00 am. Eggs and potatoes were empty at 8:30. Kitchen person said it was because it was almost closing time. Food should be available until 9:00 closing.
