Very good

The phone at the federal Circle not working so there was no way to contact the hotel for a shuttle.

The location was good and the room was nice

I have to wait over three hours for my Room . I finally get it at 4:30 pm the check in time was supposed to be:300pm

Cant recommend this place

Breakfast was terrible, can not call a bag with sweet bread and water bottle a breakfast, that should be removed from the list, I expect a breakfast when am offered not that takeaway meal

The front desk person was in terrible shape, overworked, red eyes seemed just exhausted and didnt do proper job at welcoming

No parking even when requested to drop my family in the front they refused I don't know why!!.the area around is too bad with center of recycling city..

It was good for short trip stay . Definitely clean

One of your drivers made a sign to get tipped . We live in a day where we all carry cards . Not every country has cash up venemo etc . Also a lot of countries do not have a tipping system .

Horrendous location with terrible dropoff and pickup. Place is nice one your inside

airport shuttle ended at 11 PM, and we got in at 11:30. Then the airport shuttle didn't start until 6 AM, and we had to be back at the airport at 5 AM. The airtrain doesn't work. The uber driver was lost.

There is no place for the uber driver to pull up and unload. The address brings you to the dumpster out back. Why would you not have a secure area to drop off and pick up? Breakfast doesn't start until 6 or 7 AM.
