    Faded but good value for the price in Panama Beach
    Very standard Two Star property. Old and somewhat tired but clean tidy with functional facilities. Perfunctory breakfast was an okay way to start the day.
    While the check-in was updated and welcoming, the rooms definitely need attention with damaged and chipped surfaces evident. Nothing too bad though given its rating and price point. They also checked me in on the wrong date and wouldnt or couldnt put it right on site (even though I had the correct check in on my phone app and a paper print out too) So now I need to get a refund from booking.com . That will be fun!

    Everything was wonderful!! I loved the location!! The breakfast was excellent !! The beach was right down the road !! I will be returning soon !! I will recommend to family and friends!!
