Very poor

The price was okay

On the website it said that it was beach view but a palm tree was on the way and also the whole floor smelled bad.

Bad

The first room we were given the heat did not work. The second room we were given the floor was soaking wet. We went into the second tired and cold. Once up to use the restroom was when we stepped in water on the floor. We had to use the second comforter as a rug. Spoke to the front staff Jason who was pleasant and so was the manager. We were given a full refund for the inconvenience of the stay.

I like the staff who was nice and very friendly.

I liked that it was close to the beach. The staff was very quick to respond to any issues, I thought the light wasn't working called the front desk and before I knew it someone was at the door. Don't know how long he had been there (lol) but was very kind when I him told everything was ok. It was off-season, not crowded very pleasant.

That we couldn't stay longer!!

I dont recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was good but they are not replacing the trays quickly so it effects your planning time.

Seems like they did some renovations to some rooms. We welcomed with awful smell when we enter in the room. After couple of hours, we used to it. Main problem is they are not cleaning the room every day. We are requesting every day for room cleaning. One more thing, we saw roaches in our room. Now we have to make sure to not bring them back to my house.

Disappointing

I feel ripped off. The staff were very understanding and helpful with getting me a new room given our first ones issues,

The staff here were very kind, professional, and accommodating. The front lobby appeared very clean. Checkin times are also pretty flexible. Direct private beach access via gated path was easy and convenient.

Upon entering our room, it immediately smelled like mold. We brushed it off as maybe being musty, but the longer we stayed the more our throats and sinuses began to hurt. We then discovered a decent amount of black mold along an upper wall in the corner of the room. While investigating further, I found a corner of our room between the bed and wall that I looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in weeks. One of the wall outlets on that side of the same wall looked like it had been completely ripped out of the wall, but the AC was still plugged into it. Seems like a fire hazard. The unit was also missing of number facilities listed on Booking.com, spa bath in unit, balcony, and radio. Bed wasnt the comfiest either.
