Superb

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Very spacious and great to have an ACTUAL closet in the room.

Farther away from the beach than I would have preferred.

Location was good. Public Areas were clean. Parking lot well lit.

Ice machine broken and area smelly. The sofa was heavily stained and some springs were missing. Did not like check-in personnel basically announcing what room we were staying in _Other people standing nearby do not need to know.

Nothing right when we walked into the room. We saw roaches. A few.

Cockroaches in room. Then they gave us another room and dead cock a roaches. Not clean rooms

We had to move to another room because the ceiling had a water leak, it smelled musty in both rooms and carpet had stains.

Comfortable bed and good breakfast.

Shower vents need to be cleaned/vacuumed-very dusty. Doors in hallway slam very loudly throughout the day and night-need weather stripping.

Overall relaxing and comfortable. Friendly staff. Good location

Breakfast was good. Area maintained and very clean. The beds were VERY comfortable, rooms spacious and provided with extra clean towels. Our room was facing the freeway so you could hear the noise but not enough to keep us awake ! Definitely would stay here again

The night desk clerk was not very professional/ personable. I was asked to sign and initial papers upon check in and after payment. Zero explanation as to what I was signing so when I stopped to read he seemed annoyed. I asked and finally he explained. Minimal direction on how to get to room. Only 1 out of 2 key cards worked. Maybe they were having a bad day.

Won't happen again.

We did finally get a room without bedbugs.

Went to check in at 2:50, room wasn't ready until 415 pm. Room had bedbugs and had to be moved to another.
