I would have given a higher rating for staff, but they decided to clean the foyer area with a very strong smelling cleanser during the busy morning breakfast hour. This made our breakfast very short.

The tub and shower pressure was amazing. So relaxing and quickly had hot water. The bed was comfortable and the room space was huge! The staff was very kind and when called for towels the attendant came immediately. I also really enjoyed the Carmel macchiato coffee flavoring! Very yummy
I dont like how small the pillows are. Theyre like toddler size pillows. Also we stayed as a start of to our honeymoon - and noted it when booking - I was hoping to be recognized for it but it didnt ruin our stay. The breakfast was not flavorful I liked the options but flavor of the hot food was missing. It wouldve been nice to have salsa with eggs or something to the grits. It wouldve also been nice to have fruit options, not just carbs.

Fantastic stay and would gladly stay here again.
Conviene location right off I85. Its a relatively newer facility and it was very clean, staff was very polite and helpful to ensure a great stay. The double queen room was very large and had a nice sofa and good size flat screen tv that was hung on the wall and could pivot to either side of the room.
We were put in a handicap room, unsure why, and the shower head was a handheld was secured well and constantly kept falling off. This is fairly minor but that was the most negative part of my stay.
