However, leaving a tag on the door ensured a good stay. Review 3: Kim and Wanda provided excellent service, making the stay at Comfort Suites Tuscaloosa phenomenal. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were spotless. The staff, especially Kim and Wanda, went above and beyond.

    Good breakfast options. Good decor.
    Unclear usage of website and app combo. Adding the app to my phone made it not sync up and acknowledge my reservation so I made a duplicate without knowing it.

    A decent place to stay for the price.
    This hotel has a great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Our king sized bed was comfy. The room had a great size.
    The room we stayed in needs maintenance and updating. The ceiling above the shower needs cleaning and painting. The towels we received were often stained as well as the mattress to the sofa bed. One lamp was no longer well applied to wall/furnishing and could fall off at any time.

    The hotel was ok, but for what we paid I expected more.
    Close location
    I had to ask for bedding for the sofa when they knew there was 3 of us. The bedding was dingy and ripped.

    Fun place to stay during a long road trip, pool was enjoyable and very good breakfast.
    Having bacon strips during Breakfast was a pleasant surprise for me. Room felt big and beds were very comfortable. Had a good time swimming in the indoor pool. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall great experience
    Hotel could had use some more better maintenance. Pool latter was a safety hazard, I was a cockroach in pool floors as well. Bathroom tub was a bit dirty, bathroom fan was not functioning. A/C was not turning on enough but luckily weather was nice outside.

    I liked that breakfast was included
    I did not like the stained blankets and stained towels. Please invest in new towels and blankets and sheets. It was disgusting.
