The Ocean view residence was implacable. However we have stayed a couple of days in the King size Canggu room which felt a little run down and outdated.

Breakfast was excellent... location to the beach fabulous ( but the beach needs a rubbish clean up ) room was great for us.. excellent pool and gym.
Toilet floors in club Como needs a good water blast and the toilets in that area could do with an upgrade.

Luxurious stay in Canggu
This place is amazing, we were very excited on check in to receive a upgrade of our accommodation, we didnt expect to be booked into the wonderful residential wing overlooking the lagoon pool.
The room was spacious, modern and spotless. with a kitchen and the biggest bath and bed .
The service from the amazing staff, who were very friendly, professional and helpful. The food at the hotel especially breakfast was great as well. We didnt have a bad meal when we dined at the hotel. The hotel allows for a great view of the beach, perfect for drinks at sunset. I highly recommend staying here, worth every penny.

Remove the hedge by the beachfront pool so the resort is actually beachfront
Loved the breakfast and the beautiful pools
Being beachfront is what attracted us the the resort, however when in the beachfront pool and even on the day beds surrounding the pool you cannot see the beach because of this hedge so you really could be anywhere.
Feels overpriced and a bit tired, also no vibes in the resort like no background music playing, staff very slow and feels like its very understaffed. Slow to get service.

Luxurious oasis in busy Canggu, fantastic service and dining would 100% recommend
Perfect location. Very comfortable, well appointed room. Both pools were lovely and the grounds are well maintained. The service was top notch, all the staff were friendly and attentive.

The room was left for hours and the staff didn't clean it - our tv was not working, and the breakfast my partner ordered never came.
