disappointing hotel, fortunately we had many activities in chicago that kept us out of our room.
beds were ok,
website said parking, should have been clarified that it was an additional charge. this set the tone for the stay. I felt that it should have been initially disclosed. Bathrooms were dated and water pressure and temp were lacking. Hotel is holding onto glory days of the past for its existence. I love historic places, but this just did not cut it with cold rooms. Bathrooms that needed repair and poor water pressure, temp of water was lacking.

The location is perfect for visiting downtown Chicago.
The heater in the hotel wasn't adjustable. The adjustment knob wasn't even attached, and there was no way to turn off the heat. The temperature of the room was more than 85F.

Amazing location, GREAT price and altogether a lovely stay.
Our room had 2 wonderful beds and stunning views of statues and the lake. We had a mini fridge and the bathroom was a nice size. We loved the SIZE of the room overall which was big enough for 2 beds and a couch and a dresser.
We didn't have a microwave so I couldn't heat up the deep dish pizza I had ordered the night before. Also, there was a big space under the adjoining rooms door so we could hear them coughing in the AM.

Good location, mediocre facility.
Location was great for our purposes. There were several places to eat close by
Hotel parking was expensive. Thankfully, there was other options. The heating and cooling was heat only and was uncomfortable.

Its alright stay. Not supper exciting, but not the worst.
The location is great, pretty closed to everything, and able to walk to places. The star was friendly and helpful.
The hotel needs to upgrade their light! The room was lack of light source. In the room there was no heat thermostat. The room during night time was pretty hot and during daytime pretty chill.
