    Everything Its nothing like the pictures on the listing, we were staying for work in Oxford and we paid for 2 twin beds (men) but we e got a double and a very small bed. The bathroom is mouldy and rotting away in places. The room was freezing. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed for one as it was horrible.

    It's pretty good
    Great location for our purposes and very comfortable stay. Room was spacious, curtains shut out the late, beds were fine, and there was a heater for extra warmth.
    We were disappointed that there were no plugs in the sink or the bath. While we appreciate most people shower, a bath would have been welcome on a cold winter night, and not allowing someone to fill up a sink for a shave seems a bit off.

    I would not chose to stay there again;concerning and not very restful.

    Basic accomodation, shower didn't work, thin walls so sound travelled, large hole above shower roughly covered with ply ;also there was an extra door into my room which was locked and smaller than the entrance door;this and the hole above the shower were unnerving and made my stay,as a single woman,worrying.

    Not impressive on a number of levels.
    Great location very handy for Churchill Hospital only 10 minutes walk away. Room clean. Friendly reception
    The booking was confusing, I thought my 90 included breakfast, but apparently it didn't and I was invited to pay an additional 10 when i arriuved which I declined. The house had poor ventilation and the downstairs smelt very strongly of cooking odours. I requested a quiet room which i was given at the back of the house, i was very tired and went to bed at 10.30, but i was worken three times by what i assume were the managers friiends shouting underneath my room at 12.30, after this I could not get back to sleep. I did not notice windows open in my room but when i arribed back at the property at 8pm, 2 windows were ope and my room was freezing cold, it was a very cold night. I had to sit in my room in a down jacket with a mobile oil fired heater on to try and get warm, the central heating was turned off. These issues could easily be fixed, the biggest frustration was the noise, no one shoutr be shouting at that time.

    Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Staff exceptional. I had a single room which was warm, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was brought to my room and was very good.

    Decent room with tea/coffee facilities. Clean and tidy, ok for an overnight stay but wouldnt want to spend a week there. Decent but definitely special enough for a holiday
    We only had half a toilet roll! Didnt notice this until quite late in the evening and we really needed more. None accessible in the building and didnt want to disturb anyone to ask so travelled to shops 20 mins away. Seems silly, but never stayed anywhere and not had at least an extra one in the bathroom. Attention to detail lacking.

    Very good. The room was very warm and it had all you need for a few nights stay.
    The location and it was very well presented. The host was very nice. Hi he took Gad everything it needed to have. The shower had lots of hit water.
