Good hotel for a few days city visit and close to shops cafes bars and subway

Reception was modern and sauna was good fun .

No built in phone charging points Room could have been better finished off.Scratch marks re painted ,small hole in tile filled, roof tile replaced

Highly recommend this hotel

The lobby was really nice of an evening to chill. Theyve made it really nice and cosy. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. Metro was 5 minute walk to get into the centre and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Only downside was the rooms arent cleaned daily. Thats not so much a problem but when your there for 5 days and only get given 1 towel each and 1 toilet paper its not very good. Thats the only bad feedback Id give

Good value option in Kingsholmen

Great location - I know the area well and it was very convenient in terms of transports, shops, bars, restaurants. The hotel is very good value in what is a very expensive city for tourists. The breakfast was great! I would definitely stay here again.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean and nice room with great bed. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had, so much variety.

Very good

We liked the staff, they were very nice, friendly and polite. The location was good, just need to walk almost 20min to reach the centre.

Room are very small for what I was expecting in the picture.

The location is good,the staff very friendly and professional . The breakfast was good.

The room was COLD, had to ask for an extra blanket. The reason given was that the whole building was cold. The room was also dusty,not suitable for anyone with allergies.

Dont book for cold season travel.

Extremely cold. I was there in November, rooms dont have any heating, or very little if it. With minus 10 outside, its impossible to get warm. The restaurant for breakfast was also cold with very simple choice of food.

Location, relax/dinning area. Very good buffet breakfast.

Rooms were cold. Heating system did not work well. They had placed a small plug in heater, but was not quite enough.
