Superb

If you are not into the extras like a gym, the hotel makes for an amazing stay in Amsterdam.

Rooms were big, well appointed. The bed & pillows were comfortable.

There was no air conditioning system so I had to ask for a fan to let cool air circulate in the room. While it was winter, I get hot easy so I need to be able to control room temperature on my own.

Nice location and staff, could be a bit cleaner.

Location is great and the staff is very friendly.

The room is not very clean, it should be cleaned a bit better before check-in.

Great location just out of the action

Great location, large bedrooms and easy to walk to the museum district or catch the tram into the centre of town.

The bathrooms had some mould build up.

Very kind and helpful

The staff at this location were incredibly kind and helpful. The location is very close to the museums, and the breakfast was outstanding. On our first night, we had a hard time sleeping and decided to go downstairs. The night host (Volkan) made some very nice tea, which then helped us to sleep. On another evening, the host (Marjolyn) was very kind and took the time to talk with us after some stressful events during the day. I can't say enough positive things about the entire team at this hotel including Rehka and Jehana (who hosted breakfast in the mornings).

Great for young, social people.

-was about 5 minute walk to tram line 12, 5, and 3 -shower pressure was amazing, but drain did not drain well at all -friendly staff, but possibly the manager comes off a little pushy, nice, but tries to guess what youre about to ask for

-hostel like vibe, instead of a hotel -check in process -our room looked directly into classrooms (had to be incredibly careful about the curtains being open) -breakfast offered is TERRIBLE. Do not pay for it, go around corner to the chimney bakery or even the opera house
