1: the family room given to us was not in the ready state; The slabs were in a dirty state, the bathroom wasn't clean, there was no power most of the time. 2: Owners attitude, in denial mode, not ready to take customer feedback. 3: there is no physical helpdesk, everything happens over the call 4: we had to vacate with a bad experience, not a value for money affair

Nice and quite property with greenery all around.

Beautiful location surrounded by trees facing the sea.

The pillows were filthy. Not clean. No back up for AC. Bathroom can be cleaner, overall.
